Prices and shipping costs

Product prices are shown on the relevant product pages. Prices for deliveries within Japan include Japanese consumption tax. Prices and taxes for other destinations may differ. You can check the total payable before placing your order.

Shipping costs vary by destination, item, quantity and combination of products. As examples recorded on 21 October 2026, standard shipping for one T-shirt to Tokyo, Osaka or Hokkaido was ¥785; sample starting rates for selected products were US$4.95 to the United States and US$4.99 to eligible EU destinations. These figures are examples only, not fixed rates for every item or order. Currency conversion and exchange rates may affect the amount shown. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels. The actual charge and delivery eligibility are shown before you confirm your order.

Other charges

Depending on your payment method, convenience-store prepayment costs ¥220 per transaction and Pay-easy prepayment costs ¥190 per transaction. Your bank may charge a transfer fee for bank transfers. Other payment providers may apply their own charges. International orders may also incur customs duties, import tax or carrier fees if not collected at checkout.

Payment

Available methods may include major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, PayPay, Merpay, convenience-store payment, Pay-easy and bank transfer. Availability depends on your location and checkout. Online payment is generally completed when you place the order, although the final charge date depends on your provider.

Convenience-store payments are generally due by 11:59 p.m. on the third day after ordering; Pay-easy by 11:59 p.m. on the tenth day; and bank transfer by 11:59 p.m. on the seventh day. The instructions provided after checkout give the applicable deadline. Orders may be cancelled if payment is not received. Production normally begins after payment is confirmed.

Production and delivery

Many items are made to order. Standard production usually takes around 2–5 business days after payment. Shipping after dispatch typically takes 1–8 business days within the country of production and 1–20 business days internationally; for standard international routes, 5–20 business days is a common estimate. A general combined estimate is around 3–25 business days, or approximately 7–25 business days on standard international routes. These are estimates, not a guarantee that an order will arrive by the upper end. Production location, destination, customs, holidays, weather and carrier disruption may lead to delays. Any different delivery terms shown on the relevant product page apply. If a substantial delay is expected, we will contact you as appropriate. Tracking information is supplied when available. See our shipping policy.

Cancellation and returns

Because many items are made to order, customer-requested cancellation is generally unavailable after production begins. Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel before production. This does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

For deliveries within Japan, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including incorrect size, colour or design selections, except where required by law. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, contact us with your order details and photos. We ask customers to report problems within around 30 days to help us investigate promptly, but this does not shorten statutory rights.

International returns and withdrawals are handled under applicable consumer law. Where the EU 14-day withdrawal right applies, consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving their goods, subject to lawful exceptions. Made-to-order production alone does not automatically remove that right. The customer must return the item within 14 days after giving notice, unless local law provides otherwise. To exercise withdrawal, email contact@carnetbleu.com with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

EU statutory guarantee

Where EU consumer law applies, goods generally carry a minimum two-year statutory guarantee against lack of conformity. Depending on applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Local law may provide additional protection. These statutory rights are separate from our voluntary returns terms.

Refunds and return shipping

For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we will provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law, including replacement, reshipment or refund. Refunds normally go back to the original payment method; some payment methods may require a bank transfer. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

For eligible EU withdrawals, we generally refund the item price and standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, but may withhold payment until the goods or evidence of return are received where the law permits. The extra cost of premium shipping may not be refundable. We cover return delivery costs for items faulty through our responsibility; change-of-mind return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility where the law allows.

See the returns and refund policy for destination-specific terms. This notice does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
